Currently the Technical Director at OPHID, he actively participates in HIV (and it’s comorbid conditions including TB) programming to contribute to the attainment of HIV epidemic control in Zimbabwe as well as NCDs (hypertension, diabetes, cervical cancer & mental health) integration in HIV care. He is involved in the epidemic response against other pandemics ( including Covid-19) and outbreaks in Zimbabwe and the region. In academia, he is an avid researcher, publisher, also an academic reviewer and editor in renowned peer reviewer journals. A Senior Lecturer in the Department of Community Medicine; Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe). Voluntarily he is the current Vice President of the Zimbabwe College of Public Health Physicians. Clinically, he is passionate about occupational health and safety of mine employees, offering consultancy services at an industrial clinic. He runs a general practice to keep clinical skills afloat. His deliverables are premised on instilling a culture of evidence based curative healthcare delivery.  His management pays a special focus in practicing 5S-KAIZEN-Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy.
